The lms specialist will produce learning experiences that connect doctors, nurses, and professionals with learning pathways and competencies that will grow skills, teach the veg way and encourage professional growth.
Who we need
We are looking for a website designer that loves learning new systems and has an eye for user centric workflowsYou will learn everything there is to know about the thought industries learning management system (lms) then use the platform to build engaging experiences for learners.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Learn how to leverage the latest features of the thought industries lms.
Help instructors in how to use the platform.
Work to implement courses, content experiences, and learning pathways for use in training series.
Come up with new ways to leverage the platform as a modern communication tool.
Come up with creative ways to teach with a story using the platform.
Coordinate library and curation progress.
Produce analytics reports.
Proven work experience creating user driven websites (with any platform technology).
Experience managing website content and backend configurations (not coding but settings and role management).
Experience producing learning content (podcasting, tutorials, or other channel programs)
Understanding of analytics/reporting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
