Manager - Quality Assurance:
We are seeking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to oversee and execute our Quality Management System in our aluminum extrusion manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards, procedures, and systems to ensure the production of high-quality aluminum extruded products that meet or exceed customer expectations. The main job functions of this position will include,
Execute and improve the Quality Management System (QMS): Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Quality Controlling of the Processes: Establish and enforce quality control procedures at all stages of the manufacturing processes, including incoming raw materials, production, and final inspection. Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality standards.
Quality Assurance Planning: Develop quality assurance plans and strategies to identify potential quality issues and prevent defects. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement preventive measures and continuous improvement initiatives.
Supplier Quality Management: Evaluate and monitor the quality performance of suppliers and subcontractors. Establish quality requirements for incoming materials and components and ensure adherence to the specifications.
Product Testing and Inspection: Define and oversee product testing protocols and inspection procedures to ensure product conformance and reliability. Utilize statistical analysis and data-driven approaches to monitor product quality and identify areas for improvement.
Non-Conformance Management: Lead the investigation and resolution of non-conforming products or processes. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address root causes and prevent recurrence of quality issues.
Training and Development: Provide training and development support to production and quality control staff on quality assurance procedures, tools, techniques etc. Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and corrective actions. Generate regular reports on metrics of quality performance and trends for management review.
Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer feedback and complaints related to product quality. Implement measures to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through improved product quality and reliability.
