Study the digital transformation and automation trends in Telco services sector and take part in operational roadmaps establishment for messaging services.
Take part in software and service designing and assist in establishing system architecture aligned with business roadmap also ensure that the services are complied with information security guidelines of the organization and various regulatory requirements.
Implementation of various new product/solution integrations in messaging and other telco services and Coordinate with business units and other stakeholders to realize specific business needs.
Work in an agile team to deliver the new products and services according to the business requirements while meeting the target timelines.
Ensure proper processes are followed in new product/service deployment. Analyze product lifecycle in product deployments. Ensure timely realization of business and internal products.
Provide technical support to vendor to implement and deliver of the project by executing the infrastructure, system configurations, and integrations to achieve the target deadline of project.
Continuous monitoring of system performance level. Maintain uninterrupted service in high traffic scenarios and cater capacity requirements based on growth.
Analysis of the current system performance to highlight gaps in an existing messaging applications.
Plan, implement and deploy system upgrades and enhancements based on business ,information security or technology requirements under the supervision of technical experts.
Coordinate with the vendor to implement the scope of work to ensure timely completion of system integrations and proper operations of systems after live deployment
Implement and execute the digitization and automation initiatives related to messaging platforms according to the recommendations provided by Technical experts.
Ensure that 99.9% availability of services is maintained by coordinating with NOC (Network Operations Centre) and system checks and troubleshoot issues within SLA levels.
Develop preventive actions/measures within the system for messaging platforms by assessing the components so that system will respond to abnormalities and suitable action can be taken to minimise the downtimes.
Propose and implement enhancements, optimizations and deployments to the messaging applications through analysing the customer behaviour trends and new technologies to provide an improved service to the end customer.
Analyse and execute configuration changes for the platforms based on business requirement
Establish test schedules for different Telco services to assess service functionality. Periodically review and continuously improve the test schedules to cover new technologies and product/feature enhancements.
Provide solution to unresolved problems/customer complaints/ repeated problems/trends in service degradation escalated by complaint management team.
Communicate/ implement information security guidelines in messaging platforms according to the vulnerability mitigation KPIs, and periodically review to ensure company security standards are met.
Ensure the information security requirements are fulfilled before production deployment of new messaging services.
Assist periodic company security audits and maintain proof of implementation.
