LIFE INSURANCE SENIOR EXECUTIVE - LIFE OPERATIONS

Level - Senior Executive

Purpose To ensure smooth functioning of Life Underwriting Operations within agreed service standards and to carry out overall Agency / Bancassurance new business functions within the authority limits as per the Company guidelines .

Key requirements Minimum 3 passes in GCE A / L

Degree or full or part professional qualification ( CII / SLII certificate or diploma level ) or any

relevant qualification will be advantageous Minimum 5 years ` experience in the Insurance

industry Strong communication skills ( Written / Spoken ) in both Sinhala and English languages Leadership skills , team management skill and other organizational skills Ability to work with MS Office packages

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Underwriting trainings for new branch staff Submit Management Information , Regional KPI Reports and fulfil Regional Operational / Underwriting requirements Represent Underwriting department on new product launches and system enhancements / improvements Represent Sri Lanka for the Underwriting Regional Case Study Assessment Update the department procedure manual every six months with updated processes Handle branch inquiries .
