Book Publisher UAE is looking for a dedicated Book Publishing Specialist to support authors throughout the publishing process. The role involves coordinating manuscript preparation, editing, book formatting, cover design, and printing. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the publishing industry and a passion for helping writers and poets bring their work to readers across Dubai and the UAE.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate manuscript editing, proofreading, formatting, and book design.
Communicate with authors to understand their publishing goals and project requirements.
Support book production, printing, and publishing activities.
Review manuscripts and layouts to maintain professional quality standards.
Help authors understand publishing options and production processes.
Coordinate with editors, designers, and printing professionals to complete projects efficiently.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Publishing, English, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of book publishing, editing, formatting, and printing processes.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A genuine interest in books, writing, and supporting authors.
