Job Responsibilities

Promote customized corporate gifts, branded merchandise, T-shirts, mugs, bags, and other promotional products to business clients.
Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products based on their budget and branding goals.
Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure orders meet customer expectations.
Develop relationships with new clients and maintain existing business accounts.
Meet sales targets and identify opportunities to grow the customer base.

Job Requirements

Previous experience in sales, corporate gifting, promotional products, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Good understanding of corporate gifts, customized products, and branding solutions.
Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and follow up on leads effectively.
Basic computer skills and experience preparing quotations and sales reports.
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work toward sales targets.
