Project manager - post regulatory approval changes
100% remote for now due to covidIf covid restrictions lift the worker may go onsite as needed for meetings in peapack, nj or collegeville, pa.
The post approval change project will deliver functionality to support the management of incoming change requestsThis project includes several systems working in concert and will include business analysis, technical requirements definition, solution development, considerations for business intelligence, preparation for business adoption, and deployment of the solution across multiple stakeholder groups.
Coordinate project and task level activities related to post-regulatory approval change processes across multiple workstreams.
Maintain viable project schedules, status reports, issues and risk lists, and leadership metrics in alignment with scs standards.
Monitor financial aspect of the project, including follow up with internal teams and external vendors on project expenses to create and maintain actual spending and latest estimates.
Through conversation and meetings, drive, monitor, and report on milestones, forecast risk, and escalate concerns in all aspects of delivery.
Ensure proper alignment and deliverable reporting to key leaders, escalating issues when required.
Work across onshore and offshore technical teams, solution vendor teams, business teams, and business adoption teams to ensure project delivery per plan.
Anticipate and properly escalate issues to leadership related to delivery milestones and project activity.
Collaborate successfully with other groups and program resources.
Publish routine metrics to leadership surrounding delivery and established a plan.
Support user and technical requirement definition.
Support change management activities (communications, training, etc).
Bachelors degree is required.
Strong project management & coordination skills required.
Strong microsoft project, powerpoint, excel, teams, onenote, word, visio required.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, collaboration tools, conference call management, metrics reporting, powerpoint, leadership escalation) required.
Capability to manage multiple stakeholders within a matrix organization required.
Experience in managing large global projects and globally dispersed resources and high levels of complexity required.
Global pharmaceutical and/or supply chain project experience required.
Previous experience/knowledge of new product launch processes preferred.
