Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, or related fields of study 2-3 years of experience working on electrification/hybridization technologies including low / high voltage power systems and charging components (evcc, secc) Experience in setup, configuration and operation of test systems and equipment (e.gVector, ni, keysight, oscilloscope ) Programming skills in capl or similar language Deep knowledge in electric vehicle charging standards (eGUl2202, iec61851, iso15118, din70121, etc.) and the validation / certification processes Knowledge about embedded systems and automotive network communication (can, automotive ethernet, lin, etc.) Extensive knowledge of technology in electrical power supply grids and charging stations for electric vehicles Broad knowledge in the field of electric mobility (market, technologies, power grid) Solid understanding of the latest challenges and trends focused on one or more of electric mobility key areas including charging, battery & battery management system, inverter, and electric motor. You have outstanding social skills, team spirit and strong communication skills. Passionate about electric mobility You think outside the box and have excellent analytical skills Open to challenges that involve new and unfamiliar technologies. Ability to understand the basics and fundamentals as well as big picture implications such as cost, differentiators, risks and improvement opportunities Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time German language skills are a plus
