As a Tech CSA, you will be an integral part of our technical team, supporting customer interactions and collaborate with various departments to ensure the success of our customers. You will work closely with solutions engineers and other cross-functional teams to address customer queries, and provide technical assistance. You will play a vital role in our technical team, specializing in the integration of our products through APIs, SSO (Single Sign-On), and related technologies

What will you be doing?
Technical Support: Provide assistance to customers and prospects by addressing technical queries.
Product Familiarity: Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively answer product-related questions and provide guidance during customer interactions.
Collaboration: Collaborate with solutions engineers, customer success teams, Engineering teams and Product team on various product issues and integrations.
API and Integration Support: Provide technical support to customers and prospects for integrating our products with their existing systems using APIs and related technologies.
Training and Knowledge Sharing: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your technical skills and knowledge about our products, features, and industry trends.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, technical inquiries, and solutions provided.

Is this you?
Bachelor's degree in engineering in a related technical field.
Strong interest in technology and a desire to learn and develop technical skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic understanding of software applications, APIs, and integrations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
