The role of a Market Research Associate at inFeedo is crucial to the sales organization, as they are responsible for creating and updating leads and profiling potential customers. While technical knowledge is not a primary requirement for this position, it serves as a stepping stone for a successful career in high-tech sales.As an MRA, your main responsibility is to generate top-of-the-funnel ammunition by consistently creating and updating data on potential customers for inFeedo. This involves researching and identifying potential leads, gathering relevant information, and maintaining accurate records. As an MRA, your responsibilities will include:
Understanding Amber and Customer Pain Points: You will familiarize yourself with inFeedo's product, specifically Amber, and gain a deep understanding of how it addresses the pain points of customers.
Understanding Ideal Client Profile and HR Personas: You will become well-versed in inFeedo's core Ideal Client Profile (ICP) and the various HR personas, ranging from HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs).
Collaborating with BDRs and SDRs: You will work closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to identify key prospects. By sharing insights and collaborating, you will collectively identify potential customers who align with the ICP.
Researching and Prioritizing Target Accounts: Using various resources, you will conduct research to identify and prioritize target accounts for prospecting activities. This involves building prospecting contact lists and mapping out organizational structures and account relationships within the target companies.
Maintaining CRM and Providing Information: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Leveraging Technology for Lead Management: You will utilize both internal and external technologies to effectively identify, develop, and manage marketing leads. This involves leveraging lead generation tools, marketing automation platforms, and other relevant technologies to optimize lead management processes.
