iQuanti ignites powerful digital marketing performance for global brands, with an approach rooted in data science and vertical knowledge, through a unique blend of channel management services, strategic consulting expertise and proprietary product offerings.The primary role of this position involves writing product descriptions and specs into a database, ensuring product content is optimized for SEO, and communicating with merchandisers and other departments frequently with strict adherence to deadlines.The ideal candidate has a proven to be able to communicate clearly, both typed and in speech, able to adapt seamlessly to a constantly changing environment, proven ability to produce a high volume of work accurately with a fast-paced turnaround and a “whatever it takes” attitude.Responsibilities: Including but not limited to:Write descriptive product copy on at least 70+ items per dayFact check through internet research and internal documentsProofread copyResearch current trends in SEO, copywriting and ecommerce to elevate the descriptive copy on products, emails & web graphics that increases conversion and organic ranking.Troubleshoot issues with multiple departments as needed and with a quick turnaroundManage the accuracy of the release shoe spreadsheet, in conjunction with the vendor release calendarCommunicate constant launch updates to multiple departments on a timely basisDeliver product to the photographer on a priority basisRe-prioritize projects as things change constantlyCommunicate often via emailMaintain organization, professionalism and patience under pressureWork overtime as neededRequirements
- Experience in copywriting and proofreading in a related field
- Some experience creating content for social/websites /blogs
- Ability to type product copy at an extremely fast pace- (min 10 different products within 1 hour). You will be tested in the interview process.
- Excellent computer skills including PC, Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, EmailEstablished Organizational And Problem Solving Skills Required.
Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work in a changing environment required.
