Oversee and manage the architectural process from conceptual phase through construction document completion for new gopuff locations and markets
Manage external consultants such as architects, engineers, expediters, etcIn order to ensure completion of construction documents on schedule
Work and collaborate cross-functionally with all internal departments and key players to make sure all projects are completed in a timely manner (permitting team, re team, construction team, etc.)
Collaborate with construction project managers during the construction administration phase and provide assistance to issues that may arise in the field, respond to rfi’s, provide sketches, etc.
Degree in architecture or interior design required
Minimum 5 years of directly related experience in a architectural project management role
Must have experience in multisite program rollouts and managing external consultants; experience in retail expansion a plus
Positive attitude and forward thinker
Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives
Multitasking and high organizational skills required
Experience in navigating and knowledge of zoning, building and health codes
Strong communication and time management skills
Fluent in autocad, google workspace applications, adobe suite, sketchup
