A systems engineer will be responsible for configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting ehealth’s systems and escalating/guiding support tickets to completionThis position is internal/external-customer facing and requires solid organizational skills and follow throughThe person will work in a dynamic, fast paced, team-oriented work environment that is guided by and upholds company core values.
1Troubleshoot new issues found in ehealth’s overall environment and work with qa to reproduce and look for work around/ solution.
2Administration of scan room applications and hardware.
Knowing how to troubleshoot/support them and plan for future growth.
Rimage cd scanner hardware/application.
Acuo dicom router.
3Administrator of hl7 integrations
New customer setup: inbound adt/siu patient demographic feeds; outbound mdm/oru doc delivery feeds.
Ongoing support for live feeds (demographic mismatches, stuck doc delivery messages, endpoint changes).
Managing/administering interface engine databases.
4Support common problems which ehealth has written procedures on how to fix.
Correcting malformed or deleted request pdf’s.
Rms ops user region changes.
Correcting mismatched rms v2 cases in sql database.
Missing document links in salesforce.
Escalated imaging room tickets.
5Administering of indexing software (bookmarking app)
Create new customer configs based off requirements sheets.
Troubleshoot issues with current production version and work with qa to reproduce and look for work around/solution.
Deploying new code to prod.
6Assist with work queues deployments on azure cloud.
Testing customer workflows on website after deployments.
7Administrator of k2/ work queues workflow engines.
Assist with deployments.
Troubleshoot workflow problems/ production issues.
Help identify future enhancements.
8Assist with cd rebuilds for the operation scan room team.
9Troubleshoot new issues found in ehealth’s overall environment and work with qa to reproduce and look for work around/ solution.
10Basic knowledge of networking and how to troubleshoot connectivity issues using command line tools.
11Assist in scheduled monthly maintenance sessions.
12Ability to identify bottlenecks and assist in capacity planning.

Knowledge and skill requirements:
1Bachelor’s in related subject required or equivalent work experience preferred.
22 years of experience as system engineer or equivalent experience required.
33 years’ experience with healthcare it systems preferred.
43-5 years windows 2008/2012/2016 administration experience.
5Mssql and non-relational database (mongodb- json) knowledge preferredUnderstanding of ad hoc queries and scripting in sql are a must.
6Experience with developing system scripts to automate redundant tasks.
7Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
8Excellent communication skills.
9Network troubleshooting experience.
10Ability to work off-hours and occasional weekends
11Hl7, dicom and fhir standards knowledge a plus

As ehealth technologies’ workforce is currently teleworking remotely from home, it is a requirement of the position that employees have the following minimum requirements available in their home internet network, including a router that:
Must achieve minimum speeds of 100mbps for download and 10mbps for upload, or any other higher speed required for the work to be produced contingent upon your role.
Availability of at least two (2) ethernet connections in the router to the internet source is required (for your pc and phone).
Workstation should be plugged directly into the router as a hardwire connection to high speed internet is critical to maintaining approved speeds for optimal functioning of various operational hardware, software and tools, as required for work performance; an appropriate wi-fi connection may satisfy this connection to high speed internet.
Router should be updated regularly with latest firmware, or ultimately replaced if router speeds are not within the minimum specifications above.
