We are seeking an integration account manager that will specialize in delivering integration support to medium, large & enterprise level merchants in partnership with 3rd party onboarding tools & solutionsThe 3rd party integration account manager will manage multiple, concurrent, seller onboarding projects that have been targeted by our business development team - accountable to ensure merchants are provided with a solid foundation of ebay’s standard practices & behaviors, have the technical capabilities required to succeed within the marketplace, & are prepared to operate and grow at scale.
In addition to the direct management of individual merchants, the optimal candidate will also assume the responsibility of identifying and/or managing key partnership opportunities that will enhance and accelerate the seller onboarding experience for merchants in support of our focused vertical initiativesDelivering scalable & repeatable solutions that will unlock accelerated inventory onboarding, integration & seller efficiencies, and develop workflows built to enable seller success for the long-term.
The 3rd party integration account manager will report to merchant integration which is part of the broader ebay revenue & seller success family of teams.
Assume complete ownership of individual outcomes associated with end-to-end seller onboarding to the ebay marketplace:
Develop & maintain a comprehensive understanding of listing processes, transaction flows, on site tools, and marketplace best practices
Participant in pre-implementation discussions between business development & targeted merchants
Manage multiple strategic & complex seller integration projects concurrently
Transition customer relationship from business development ownership into the merchant integration program
Lead customers through a hands-on integration project - from site registration to product creation, inventory management, order management, & customer service process development
Ensure laser focus on optimization, feature adoption, & selling terms that create great search and customer experiences
Implementation of key ebay site initiatives and maintenance of a healthy business on the ebay platform
Maintain and record relevant customer interactions and opportunities in salesforce
Responsible for kpi’s that include inventory commitments, seller standards, and customer satisfaction, while understanding the inputs required to achieve goals
Work cross functionally with business development partners, key internal stakeholders (trust, policy, verticals, product, ads), & merchant integration counterparts
Communicate to leadership on a regular basis overall status, key results, & potential risk
Identify, develop, & manage relationships associated with key 3rd party and/or internal solutions to unlock full potential of merchant integration program:
Architect and development solutions associated with current seller onboarding deficiencies and challenges – accounting for existing technology gaps (marketplace, industry specific, seller specific)
Deployment and implementation of seller connectivity solutions built with accelerated, & quality, onboarding results in forefront
Develop & maintain a comprehensive understanding of 3rd party onboarding & integration solutions – defining pros, cons, gaps, & relationship to existing ebay technology
Cultivate relationships with long tail (non-managed) and strategic partners to identify capabilities and support mechanisms appropriate for integration
Manage relationships with key partners involved in 3rd party solution development and focus vertical initiatives (global partnerships, product, catalog, & vertical leadership)

Minimum bachelor’s degree or college diploma
5+ years experience within ecommerce / marketplaces
In-depth knowledge of ebay / ecommerce selling strategies and best practices
Comfort with ambiguity and operating independently in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated relationship management and project management experience
Experience using technology & automation to solve problems
Strong executive presence, polished communication skills, and ability to influence diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical skills in interpreting data and turning it into action
