During your day as a Technical Account Manager you will:
Work proactively with customers to understand their key projects, pertinent goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs);
Establishes and maintains a delivery governance model with the customer at the implementation, operational, management, and executive levels, as applicable;
Maintains relationships with customer stakeholders, understanding and aligning their objectives and perceptions with the contract scope as the customer’s primary point of contact to deliver our services;
Provides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about its strategy, progress, risks, and mitigations/adjustments required;
Identify customer needs and help end-users with the product in the correct way and escalate the requests if necessary
Inform customers about new features and functionalities;
As a Technical Account Manager we expect you to have:
Experience on Linux;
Experience with databases and demonstrated SQL experience (MySQL, Postgres);
Knowledge of Atlassian products (JIRA and Confluence) and Marketplace add-ons;
Have know with AWS Services;
Familiarity with REST API (Integration);
Best practices with Customer-first approach;
