The ideal candidate for the client account manager position will have the skills and experience necessary to:
Manage key accounts, maintain long-term relationships with strategically-important accounts and maximize inside sales opportunities.
Develop in-depth knowledge of all accounts including key decision-making personnel within these accounts.
Establish strong working relationships with existing customers to provide high level of customer service to assigned accounts.
Focus on growing and developing existing clients to generate incremental business.
Act as primary day-to-day contact for customer for new products and continuing initiatives.
Act as the day-to-day interface between the customer and all relevant internal departments.
Provide technical support to the customer and/or coordinate with the appropriate technical functions for additional technical support as necessary.
Plan, organize and make calls on assigned major customers to present, promote and sell products within strategic business plan.
Play an integral role in effective on-boarding of new clients.
Architect solutions to clients` problems.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requires a bachelor`s in business, marketing or a related field and 2+ years of experience with client account management or relationship management, outside sales or other directly related experienceA combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
Working knowledge of account management, client relationship management and sales techniques.
Must have solid customer relationship, customer service and negotiation skills.
Ability to drive customer success and retention.
Solid problem resolution and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage client expectations.
High energy and a strong work ethic.
Solid computer skills e.gWord, powerpoint, excel, etc.
