Roles, duties and responsibilities:
Source and select applicants to be considered for technical positions. Work with search firms or other placement agencies, and determine optimum recruitment methods to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate pool. Keep all documentation – google docs, status summaries, interview processes, hiring manager processes updated in real time. Update skills matrices on an as needed basis. Enforce hr policies and standards during the candidate screening process. Meet with hiring managers to determine job duties and descriptionsProvide and obtain fully executed resource rec forms for new opportunitiesConvert said form into a process for partners and distribute. Source and pipeline for future job openings. List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career websites, and other possible channels. When necessary, reformat candidate/employee resumes for client submission. Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with technical managers, upper management and clientsGuide and instruct applicants on the nature of the job, with whom they will be speaking and protocol for interview. Schedule all levels of written, phone and video technical assessments. When needed, administer timed skill development exercises. Participate in the final selection of applicants. Negotiate salaries/benefits. Share xtivia's culture, company overview, job description, goals, career paths, benefits summary with candidates. Interview and set up vendor partners Participate in deciding and implementing new recruiting technology, such as applicant tracking systems and screening tools.
5+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting in a technical industry. 5+ years of client facing experience interacting with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process 5+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include: market mapping, recruitment strategies and boolean searches Familiarity with using tools of the trade: linkedin, dice, ziprecruiter, user boards, social media, sourcing tools etc. Full life cycle recruitment and management of the talent acquisition process including, but not limited to, phone screens, candidate assessments, candidate tracking and status updates, interview feedback sessions, compensation analysis, offer extension Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Proficient in microsoft office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems. Exceptional networking, relationship building and organizational skills. Ability to provide updates, interview feedback sessions, compensation analysis, offer extension and on-boarding Drive the hiring process; actively engage with managers, provide ongoing status of requisitions, advise and influence managers throughout the hiring process, and close requisitions in a timely manner Maintain talent pipelines through ongoing, targeted communication to stay in contact with potential candidates who have experience that aligns with current and future business requirements. Identify and present a diverse candidate slate to support business diversity and inclusion efforts Promote and support the employee referral incentive program Complete reports to provide requisition status and measure recruiting performance Provide market intelligence & analysis on it industry & talent pool Process-oriented mindset, able to be responsible for completing each step of a complex process Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced, team-oriented environment Utilize time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
