The production department owns the entire bidding and management of any xrs projectThey intake the client’s request and ideas, then realize them in a world class wayNot only do they supervise the execution of the concept, they oversee the technical implementation plan and execution.
Summary of the position
The xr producer is responsible for managing and the oversight of the accurate bidding, billing and completion of a projectXr producers will help create project bids and line item estimates as well as track daily project expenses and timeThey will create job calendars for client and potential crew contact and hiringThey assist with the accurate crewing and accounting of their assigned job as well as the delivery of the final projectThey assist the ep in payment of all vendors and crews and protecting the financial viability of the projects.
Main responsibilities
Creates:
Production and client bids, providing details to all parties
All project calendars
Maintain record and provide updates on daily project actuals
Be able to represent xr studios to clients in production, pre and post processes.
Facilitate wrap process, providing accurate and detailed reports and log information into designated systems
Create and maintain an accurate and detailed production book for clients
Owns:
Taking lead on shoot-day logistics and plan execution
Logging and coding job costs into d365
Managing financial tracking documents, and maintaining detailed records of inbound and outbound company payments
Delivery of all client assets.
Transportation and logistics for both in house and off-site locations, accounting for both internal team members and client crew needs
Assist in payment and management of vendor contracts
Manage external crew (including caps)
Maintain project status reports for internal use, as well as compile and manage client updates
Support the executive producer in team management
Requirements of the of the position
Experience:
5 years of production experience
2 years in a coordination or management position
Specific requirements :
Familiarity with d365 systems
Production payroll familiarity a plus
In-depth knowledge of the entertainment industry, including workflows and timeline norms
Client relations experience
In-depth knowledge of production management
Shoot day logistics and coordination
Crew management and approval
Back-office production strategies as well as on-set experience
Ability to work with speed and diligence, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Recognized for your ability to work well and collaboratively problem-solve as part of a diverse team
Excellent computer and technical literacy skills (ms office, standard editing and productions software);
Experience and demonstrated success with fast-growing, multi-site organizations;
Proven client focus, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to exercise judgment and maintain confidentiality;
Ability to work quickly and efficiently
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Physical requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at timesMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds overhead.
Must have ability to travel throughout facility as required, including when area is partially or mostly obstructed.
