As Account Executive (f/m/d) at Workpath you will boost the thriving company to the next level. Identify, develop, and create new business opportunities with leading European enterprises of all industries and drive outbound prospecting activities into a set of named-accounts. Have a major impact on the way organizations drive their agile transformation and strategy execution in a new business world, directly collaborating with their senior executives.
In this role you will
Be responsible for strategic accounts and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders
Convince leads of Workpath’s value proposition and develop joined business cases
Negotiate new contracts and drive the commercial development of existing accounts
Collaborate effectively with Sales Development Representatives, Customer Success Managers, Marketing and Partners to ensure great customer experiences, fast learning and continuous improvement of Workpath’s overall performance
Your profile
2-3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales
You demonstrate a metric-driven work style and excellent written and verbal communication skills
The curiosity to learn every day and to continuously improve your strategies and tactics characterize you
Going the extra-mile is something you enjoy as well as hitting the ball out of the park for interested leads and customers
You are able to take initiative, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
