Project summary: we are looking for an organized and collaborative professional to support integrated creative production for a multi-channel health care account run by wondrosThe agency producer will own the production process for a multi-channel suite of creative deliverables to support the federal covid response team and kpmg on a campaign to increase awareness and adoption of monoclonal antibodies as a safe and effective therapeutic treatment for appropriate candidates who have covid-19.
Job summary: the work requires someone who is responsible, hard-working, resourceful, adaptable, and an excellent communicator in writing, and in personResponsibilities include creative production of paid media, social media, video, photography, print, and audio creative assets from creative development through production to serve an integrated marketing campaignThis role is responsible for consistently driving assets through to completion and communicating status, contingencies and risks, to effectively meet an aggressive scheduleThis position reports to the executive integrated producer in los angeles.
Successful management of all aspects of deliverables throughout their life cycle from concepting and strategy to design, execution, and delivery.
Set a positive, proactive tone with creative and project management teams, keeping them up to date on status and managing their needs and expectations while delivering excellent work.
Coordinate with the creative team to move assets efficiently to completion.
Contribute strategic vision and have ownership in the quality of the final product.
Oversee proper prioritization of all deliverables ensuring quality of work meets agency creative standards and client objectives.
Recognize potential issues and problems, know when to escalate and propose solutions, where possible.
Participate in brainstorms by bringing unique content ideas and insights, when possible.
Partner with internal teams to obtain necessary asset information (due dates, budget, scope, success metrics, project requirements, etc.)
Own deliverables from inception to close out.
Review work orders and briefs to ensure they are complete with necessary info.
Create schedules, estimates, and review them with supervisors.
Ensures that the creative team members have all they need to do their work (e.g., files, assets, clear deadlines).
Manage and adjust resources and deadlines as needed.
Actively mitigate risk by anticipating potential executional barriers, identifying quality, budget, and timeline impacts, and developing solutions with appropriate input and collaboration.
Manage creative freelancers and external vendors, as required.

5+ years of creative production in a fast-moving, creative agency environment.
Outstanding knowledge of project management principles, processes and software in multiple disciplines, i.e., websites, print, display, ooh, etcWith an emphasis in digital work.
Ability to manage multiple mid-to-large scale projects at a time
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening) and ability to set the tone with clients
Great team-buildingand conflict resolution skills
Ability to be diplomatic and collaborative while working with all departments.
Ability to speak up when there are concerns and advocate for the agency’s best interest.
Can effectively work with different personality types.
Great at problem solving (assessing risks, providing solutions, knowing when and when not to escalate)
