Job summary:
You would be working as a virtual sales assistantWe`re looking for someone who can communicate with clients and provide administrative and sales-related services to entrepreneurs or businesses by contacting prospects, converting leads, and bringing in new clientsYou must know how to manage email inboxes, schedule meetings through a calendar platform, and liaise with different members of your client`s team.

The sales assistant role is one that doesn’t neatly fit within the confines of the “9 - 6 day”, so we’re looking for a go-getter who’s eager to be flexible and available - even outside traditional working hoursOur sales assistant will serve as an essential partner to the clientThis highly organized, endlessly resourceful person should ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
Required experience: - minimum 1 year of working experience as a sales assistant
Duties and responsibilities include that you must be well-versed with:
Contacting customers
Contact potential and existing customers on the phone by email, and by other virtual methods
Scheduling and booking -
Schedule meetings and organize managers` calendars, and book travel, and accommodations.
Documentation and list organization
Manage a contact list, prepare customer spreadsheets, and keep an online record
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills-english (verbal and written)
Basic knowledge of any crm tool
Proficiency in ms word, excel, powerpoint, and g-suite
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Tech savvy
Proactive attitude
Tools you must be familiar with: (knowledge of at least one tool in each category is mandatory)
Contacting customers
Zoom/google meet/skype/slack/discord
Scheduling and booking
Google calendar/calendly/acuity scheduling
Documentation
Excel/g-suite and todoist/notion/endnote/zotero/web browser (google, opera, safari, microsoft edge)
Technical requirements:
Usb headset with noise cancellation feature
Working webcam
Main and backup computer specifications must be at least a 1.8 ghz processor with a 4gb ram
Main internet service speed must be at least 25 mbps wired connection
Backup internet service speed must have at least 10 mbps
