Territory account manager
Mission: the territory account manager works directly with the new accounts, marketing & leadership team, to grow the company through boots on the ground marketingPosition is salary plus commission and bonuses with company provided vehicle and laptop.
Scope of work: through collaboration with our existing development, training, sales, and marketing teams, you will focus on working in and growing the chorbie new account’s sales to meet/exceed current goalsOur team provides exceptional service to our clients and uses a ruthless attention to detail to make sure everything is notated and completed with accuracy and efficiencyWe work daily to promote the company within the communityYou will work with all of our teams remotely to ensure company wide that clients and potential clients are handled to our superior standards.
Main responsibilities:
Coordinate and organize tasks assigned through the crm (service autopilot).
Works a route of strategized residential campaigns.
Does community door hangers/sales campaigns to grow the client base.
Communicate directly with potential clients to educate and ensure our standards of excellence are upheld.
Conceptualize and execute targeted and focused growth campaigns
Represent the company at public events
Represent the company by phone and in-person consultations
Attend meetings and training events to develop a network and to stay up-to-date on trends
Stay educated on all aspects of our services.
Attend staff meetings as requested
Support our admin and technicians to maximize production and meet revenue and profit goals.
Monitor and maintain database and notes for all clients through service autopilot
Working conditions:
The residential sales manager often will work remotely in the field, from a flex office, and from a home office, using a computer and phone, for long periods of timeHigh-speed internet is a mustHours will vary between 7am and 7pm, based on seasonal demands and may require additional weekend hoursThey will also be required to drive to client’s homes and various marketing neighborhoods, warehouse locations and meetings for client properties and growth opportunitiesThey can expect to walk, stand, and sit at their computer for long periods.

Desired experience/traits:
Drive and passion for growth focused environments
Flexibility/fluidity in a constantly changing industry
Crm/notation experience.
3 to 5 years of customer service/sales experience (residential sales a plus).
40+ wpm.
Ruthlessly organized with attention to detail.
Time management experience from a remote position is a plus.
Conflict management and resolution skills.
Knowledge of email protocols and etiquette.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Must have reliable high-speed internet access at home.
Be available to work 45+ hours per week.
Be willing to work indoors and outdoors.
Be available to work weekends seasonally as needed
Must be skilled in customer service and public speaking.
