Full job description
Partner service manager – health account services, cdh the wex health account services, cdh partner service manager (psm) is responsible for overseeing the cdh partner’s product and service satisfaction through the adoption of best-practices, process improvements, and productive use of wex health cdh productsThis role has responsibility for managing the overall operations and health account services relationshipEssential responsibilities
Manage the overall health account services operational relationship with the wex health cdh partnerResponsible for the overall operational relationship satisfaction between wex health, the partner, and the partner’s clients by fostering strong, positive relationships within an atmosphere of professionalism and honestyStrive to obtain favorable references from partners and clients.
Exhibit compliance with wex health policies and procedures utilizing wex health-specified tools and processes.
Collaborate with teammates to deliver effective value-based solutions.
Manage escalated problem solving through clear communication, consistent use of wex health tools, and timely follow-through.
Identify internal process or system improvements to mitigate repetition of stated problems to foster a proactive and productive environment.
Work with partner(s) to successfully manage large cdh employer implementations and annual open enrollment processesCommunicate effectively by setting proper expectations and deliverable dates with partner.
Successfully manage operations/service projects by managing meeting agendas, recaps, open issue logs and task ownership.
Encourage partners to consume wex sponsored newsletters, training sessions, and conferences.
Maintain accurate partner information in supported wex health service tool(s).
Provide internal and external partner updates and reviews on a consistent and recurring basis.
Desired skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a business or related degree
Familiarity of technologies such as microsoft office, web applications, customer relationship management (crm) systems.
Success in direct servicing and management of partners.
Two years of health care related industry knowledge including consumer directed health plans.
Ability to strategically and proactively manage projects, and prepare and execute action plans focused on accomplishing business objectives.
Ability to work independently and prioritize work in order to meet client deliverables and internal needs.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build effective relationships
Some travel required
