Title: strategic advisor - sales
Reports to: ceo
The strategic advisor is an “ambassador” to the unstoppable woman’s prospective new clientsThe ideal person is passionate about helping clients succeed, is excited by the prospect of joining a high-growth business, and, most importantly, loves to sell.
This is a sales position and requires a high volume of prospecting and follow-up.
Required skills and experience:
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, ideally in the coaching or similar service-based industry.
Skilled in all facets of a sales cycle including prospecting, cultivating, and closing new and existing business.
Experience selling at a five-figure price level.
Experience selling consultatively – not on price, product features, benefits, bells, or whistles.
Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
Experience delivering daily sales metrics and performing against various sales-related key performance indicators.
Must be comfortable asking difficult and emotionally challenging questions.
Must be comfortable selling to smart, powerful women who are owners or ceos of their businesses yet struggle with issues of confidence, self-worth, and overwhelm, in addition to the practical issues of operations, marketing, and sales related to scaling a business.
Ability to work both within a team and independently.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
You thrive in a fast paced environment, and have an ability to learn quickly.
You’re able to take total ownership of your role and responsibilities and aim to exceed expectations.

Salary: base salary contingent upon experience and commission based on performancePay is competitive and in accordance with the marketThe unstoppable woman believes in compensating salespeople fairly and within proportion to the revenue that they generateWe are in search of outstanding talent and will compensate accordingly.
