Ideal candidate must have Excellent communication skills in English Working knowledge of Microsoft systems and applications ( specifically , Outlook ,
SharePoint , MS Office ) Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service to any customer Ability to work with remote colleagues in different time zones Ability to work on 24/7 rosters Basic knowledge on Linux
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer`s emails Manage and resolve customer complaints Provide technical support for users in house or via remote access Validation and appropriate categorization of ticket information Generate and refer to knowledge articles Assign tickets to appropriate support groups Act as first level escalation for customer updates Provide FCR solutions
