Walter usa is looking for a customer service representative – west coast (remote work):
Customer service representative
Walter usa, llc has an opening for an experienced customer service representative (csr) for the west coastThe csr is responsible for providing accurate and professional service to the internal and external customers of walter usa.
The hours will be 8:30 a.mTo 5:00 p.mPacific time.
Key performance areas
Accurately process inquiries and orders received via telephone, fax, or mail to complete the order entry process.
Provide timely response to questions, concerns, and requests from our distributors and sales force pertaining to activities at wus
Coordinate information regarding orders, standard quotes and related questions with all relevant areas of the company to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide rga, invoices, scheduling information, credits, debits as well as other information pertaining to the cs activities
Implement company services policies, philosophies and directives accurately and professionally when dealing with customers, distributors and our sales force to meet wus’s sales goals
Provide input into the customer service process to deal with problems and to ensure efficient and quality service
Assist the other associates as needed to ensure prompt quality service and/or assist with other duties as assigned by the customer service manager
Maintain professional demeanor in all types of verbal and written communication to portray wus’s world class customer service attitude
Assist in handling the switchboard requirements as needed to ensure prompt responsiveness to phone inquiries
Assist in other projects of the sales and marketing department as needed
Multi-tasking skills necessary to handle numerous and varied detailed tasks simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets to complete detailed data-entry at high proficiency level
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure technical environment
High school education or equivalentAdditional and continuous education is highly suggested.
Previous customer service experience in a high-volume call center within the industry preferred
Available to work flexible hours to cover required business hoursAdditional hours as required to meet customer needs
