Job description grace is revitalizing its maintenance and reliability focus and hiring a maintenance excellence work management leader to develop strategies and improve the overall work management processThe successful candidate will lead and drive cultural change around maintenance work management processes through influencing and gaining support from operator/craft level to executive leadershipYou’ll assess work management practices and procedures and develops standards based on best practicesThis position uses data analysis tools to assess site performance and identifies improvement opportunities, including capital investments.
This is a remote position that requires the ability travel up to 75%, mainly in the usResponsibilities include:
Support and participate in the development of short and long-term strategic planning to strengthen and drive improvements in maintenance excellence metrics and performance.
Use me processes and tools to drive continuous improvements in the areas of safety and environmental compliance.
Develop and lead work management process teams that will support grace sites in the implementation and standardization of maintenance processes for grace manufacturing system (gms) model.
Benchmark grace maintenance costs across all similar business groups to identify areas for improvement utilizing maintenance data and oee as drivers to standardize.
Evaluate the maintenance organization structures, craft skills and mro practices.
Understand work management principles to be able to support sites in the implementation of the standards.
Drive and support the use and continued development of the production loss accounting systems used at the grace sitesBe able to support the sites in bad actor analysis and other analytics.
Help to identify high-risk maintenance capital projects thru all phases of the projectParticipate on charter development and vet the risk ranking.
Support and drive lcam (life cycle asset management) for critical assets.
Demonstrated experience applying and implementing change management principals and methodologies that have resulted in delivering quantifiable and sustainable improvements to business operations.

B.sEngineering, preferably ce or me
15 years of experience implementing and designing operational work processes, creating and/or enhancing sops, and effectively engaging craft/operational personnel
5+ years of experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing environment
Proficient in word, excel, ms project
Psm experience – specifically mechanical integrity standards
Certified maintenance and reliability professional
