In this role, you will provide leadership and oversee development and implementation of the supply chain member connections strategy with an emphasis on member engagement, satisfaction, retention, growth and vizient business goalsYou will partner across member connections, with performance improvement (pi) leaders and vizient domains to develop a contemporary and cutting-edge member experience that supports members in achieving their cost, quality, and market performance goalsYou will ensure members have a comprehensive and inclusive global member connections experience (e.g., networks, pi, learning and education).
Organize and execute highly engaged supply chain member executive networks and online community platform exchanges that advances the strategic, operational, and market success of member hospitals and health systems through discovery, knowledge sharing, learning, collaboration, improvement, and innovation with peers and industry leaders.
Partner with member connections leadership team to develop and execute a cohesive network strategy, including coordination across the portfolio of networks and broader vertical team to share leading practices and opportunities for partnership / knowledge advancement.
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with key member audiences for assigned network(s) and / or with a few select individuals to strengthen member engagement in networks and other vizient offerings; positions vizient as a preferred industry resource.
Enable and oversee member interactions within and across personas to solve member challenges, transfer knowledge around leading practices, and identify emerging member needs.
Act as a resource for providing key input and voice of customer to mvp and domain teams through linking resources across business units (e.g., sales, advisory, analytics, sourcing).
Contribute and help lead domain leaders to achieve revenue generation through member retention, proactively identifies opportunities for service support and programmatic development to respond to member needs
Create an environment that cultivates sales leads and opportunities beyond member networks offerings and / or raises recommendations if offerings should be altered.
Approve content, outputs, experiences, and calendar for network(s) as developed by team and driven from member feedback; synthesizes across network(s) horizontally, assessing gaps in offering and member value.
Support onboarding members and participants for network and / or comprehensive offerings; approves leading practices to drive rapid engagement and value for members .
Bachelor’s degree preferredMaster’s degree strongly desired.
10 or more years’ supply chain experience with extensive content knowledge in all functional areas required.
Experience working in a health care supply chain leadership role required.
Strong experience in analyzing and interpreting supply chain analytics required.
Demonstrate ability to generate new ideas and concepts and understands the trajectory of where supply chain is going in the near future.
Exhibit strong writing skills with the ability to write concisely requiredExperience publishing content is desired.
Possess strong project management skills and the ability to manage others.
Ability to effectively maneuver through complex political situations, build rapport and address difficult situations confidently and fairly.
Possess an executive presence and high emotional intelligence.
Willingness to travel.
Estimated hiring range:
$182,200.00 - $284,800.00
