When you’re the best, we’re the bestWe instill an environment where employees feel engaged, satisfied and able to contribute their unique skills and talentsWe provide extensive opportunities for personal and professional development, building both employee competence and organizational capability to fuel exceptional performance now and in the futureSummary: in this role, you will be jointly responsible for member growth within spend management delivery through account management and implementation, consisting of day-to-day management of accounts increasing portfolio utilization among new and existing members, building relationships with program participants, assisting members in converting spend to vizient contracts, implementation of contract opportunities, and working with accounts to identify opportunities for supply chain savingsIndividual will also hold accountability for customer satisfaction and directly implement vizient’s program value and cost savings initiatives to membersPrefer candidates residing in western half of usJob responsibilities:
Manage territory to achieve individual and team sales and revenue goals.
Continue a high level of account management to maintain the retention of existing membersBuild and maintain relationships with members supporting spend management.
Follow up on identified opportunities and implementation plan including connecting to vizient agreements, and identification of savings opportunities.
Ensure member is maximizing the use of vizient analytics tools through educationPromote and assist members with the implementation of vizient program tools.
Analyze internal and member facing reports, providing information and recommendations to members.
Manage relationships with suppliers and distributors within defined geographical territories to promote vizient portfolio product and services.
Manage vizient impact standardization programs including sign-up, maintenance and validation of member potentials, ensuring rebates are recognized and member eligibility.
Relevant degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in account management and/or sales environmentExperience in health care is preferred.
Experience working with complex health care/hospital clients with multiple sites preferred.
Must possess strong customer-facing skills and have prior group presentation experience.
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and strong conflict resolution skills required.
Advanced excel (vlookup, pivot tables, formulas) and powerpoint skills requiredSalesforce experience is a plus.
Willingness to travel.
