What you’ll do
You will be successful in this role if you are looking to bring end-to-end support experience in administration, monitoring and maintenance of software and applications to a workplace environment that supports pragmatic innovation in a people first environmentSuccess is rooted in knowledge and analysis of it end-to-end processes used to support, improve, automate, and align to business needsYou will work closely with the senior director, it operations, it operations team members, colleagues, and leaders to evaluate business processes and make recommendations to enhance and optimize systems and software.
A day in the life
Implement new it initiatives, manage projects, and provide it support to internal and external customers.
Respond to requests to evaluate, review, upgrade, enhance, software systems by serving as liaison between the business users and vendors to gather requirements, review technical solutions and document project proposal
Facilitate creation of technical and business processes including documentation of requirements and workflows.
Project management; including facilitation of system/application evaluation, selection, scoping, planning, build, test, validation, implementation
Support initiatives and projects that drive efficiency, improve security, and expand capabilities for the company.
Demonstrate proficiency in learning new software, applications, integrations to support implementation and upgrades.
Proficient and purposeful communication with customers, leaders, team members and vendors, with proven ability to liaise between technical language and customer friendly terminology.
Other duties may be assigned to help drive deliverables within this role.
What you have
Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems or related program
Two years of it application support
Two years of customer service, it help desk, or related customer support
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail, self-starter
Projects an energetic, can-do work ethic and professional business presence
Proficiency with the following systems: ms o365, zoom, adobe
Experience with slack, workfront and salesforce required
Working knowledge of windows and mac os required
What you might have, but isn’t required
Itil or itsm certification
Experience with agile project methodology
Salesforce administrator certification
Experience with java, soap, rest, json, api
Experience working remotely

You will work within our it operations team, collaborate closely with the senior director, it operations and other functional business leaders regarding systems and processesYou will partner closely with key departments to review, implement, and maintain systems this may include intergrations between systems to improve efficient data sharing and process improvementWe are excited to meet you!
