As the customer success operations associate your primary focus is aimed at developing scalable customer success best practices via standardized frameworks and processesWe help enable a diverse group of customer success practitioners to deliver prescriptive, predictive, and proactive customer engagements; all aimed at driving customer value, customer health and consumption.
Success in the role: what are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
The primary objective of this position is building and maintaining processes, deliverables and best practices for our cs teams to use across the post-sales customer journey – onboard, adopt/consume, optimize and expand/renew.
You will partner with your cs operations peers, customer success leaders and other stakeholders to design workflow that standardizes and scales the post-sale customer experience.
You will be an amplifier of customer success best practices, possess strong problem-solving skills and thrive in a complex environment.
What type of work will you be doing? what assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?
Collaborate with members of the cs operations team on assigned projects.
Become well versed in the gainsight tool and its use in driving delivery excellence across our cs teams.
Maintain and iterate the common cs playbooks and deliverables.
Need a self-motivated person with a desire to pursue a career in customer success and/or operations.
A good listener with strong empathy skills, has an inquisitive mind, and who can tune into internal customers and anticipate their needs.
Experience with power point and excel.
Knowledge of the fundamentals and best practices in project management
Someone who loves to collaborate, has strong follow-through and phenomenal communication skills.
Resilient and positive, extremely detail-oriented, with a drive for results and the ability to both deal with ambiguity and thrive in a collaborative high-energy environment.

The manager for this position is lyndsay parisLyndsay has over 15 years’ experience in the customer success space, leading teams responsible for relationship management, renewal management, driving customer satisfaction and expansionLyndsay is now a leader on the cs operations team focused building processes and methodologies that will drive delivery excellence and scale across our customer success teamShe currently manages a team of eight.
