We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to support trust and safety objectives across the business. Upwork is dedicated to building a trustworthy, safe, and inclusive work marketplace that sparks a global movement to reimagine work. You’ll be an integral part of the team providing customized, best-in-class user experiences that address Trust & Safety problems quickly and with empathy.
Your Responsibilities:- Conduct in-market message testing to optimize our Trust and Safety messaging strategy.
- Educate buyers through narrative and content.
- Guide and educate existing customers through product messaging and promotion.
- Drive growth and adoption through go-to-market strategies and actions.
- Contribute to Trust and Safety product development lifecycle including early definition stages.
- Optimize the Trust and Safety product launch process.
- Gather competitive insights.
- Senior-level experience as a Product Marketing Manager with a focus on Trust & Safety (at least 6-8+ years overall marketing management experience)
- Inbound product marketing experience
- Excellent storytelling skills to communicate with external and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrable achievement in driving product growth and adoption.
The annual base salary for this position in California and Washington ranges from $133,000- $187,000. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position in California and Washington, and individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for the annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan and eligibility to participate in our long term equity incentive program.
