Provide individual and group therapy counseling for children, adolescents and their families. Conduct intake assessments as assigned. Provide clinical treatment, client advocacy, and supportive services as needed. Maintain comprehensive client records. Complete written referrals/correspondence to other community agencies. Attend agency grand rounds, unit staff meetings, case conferences, and trainings. Assume other responsibilities delegated by the supervisor or the director to assure adequate and meaningful service delivery within the program.

Reports to: report to the director of children services; supervised directly by the social work supervisor
Hours: 35hrs per week
Lmsw/lcsw license required. Masters degree from an accredited school of social work. Experience in working with children, adolescents and families. Experience with dsm 5 Familiar with electronic medical records. Will complete all session documentation by the end of each day. All documentations will be completed as per omh regulations
