Minimum qualifications
Bachelor`s degree in computer science or related field and ten years of related computer experienceAdditional experience may be used on a one-to-one basis to offset the educational requirementsThe university offers market competitive salary and benefitsGrade eiSalary commensurate with experience.
Preferred qualifications
Experience with peoplesoft and peopletools 8.57 or higher
Experience with sqr`s, app engines, integration broker, peoplecode, fluid
Strong sql skills including troubleshooting and tuning
Strong microsoft excel skills.
Experience in building and supporting apis.
Experience with interfaces to both on-premise and cloud systems.
Experience with workday and peoplesoft financials 9.2 is desirable
Position descriptionposition has the ability to work remote.this position is in direct support of the university`s peoplesoft financials system, providing high level programming and technical directionThe primary focus of the job is system support and development including analysis, troubleshooting, requirements gathering, tool selection, design, coding, testing, documentation and production turnoverAble to lead small to medium size projectsEmploy current security practices in handling of data and design and codingAble to work with a wide variety of internal and external users at all levels and operate with minimal supervision and directionHave strong oral and written communication skills and be able to organize and make presentations when requiredCapable of working with teams to complete projects and assignments and be able to manage multiple projects at one time and take projects from initiation to completion on scheduleHave a strong customer service focus and promote continuous process improvement efforts.
