The insights account manager ii will be responsible for working as part of a team that can manage relationships with unite us` insights customers to enable and promote the value of the insights productsThe insights account manager ii must be comfortable interpreting data and working with cross-functional teams to tell compelling data-driven stories that help our customers and their communities take actionable next stepsIn this role, you will work closely with both descriptive and predictive data products and be a part of the go-to-market processYou have a passion for customers and seeing them succeed and grow with unite us` support.
What you`ll do:
Work with customers to understand their priorities and objectives; ensuring our insights product is rolled out successfully and continue to partner with them on how to turn the information into action
Manage the customer experience with your project management skills; always setting a standard for excellence and transparency
Become an expert on our insights products and how they work with other product lines at unite us (payments, core, interoperability)
Connect with the broader analytics community, staying up-to-date on tools, technologies and innovations in the science; changes within platforms and data availability; and policy and regulatory changes that affect related deliverables and products
Collaborate with the analytics team to create innovative and efficient analytics products and offerings
Support insights product documentation, internal & external insights product trainings, and insights products questions and troubleshooting to enable sales & customer success
Provide upsell support to the sales and customer solutions teams and play a key role for insights customers renewals
Use insights products to identify metrics, trends, and insights to craft data stories that help promote the adoption of our tool and to help customers understand and realize our value
At least 4 years of experience in working with customers and stakeholders on product development and deliveryPast experience (>1 year) speaking to customers/senior leadership on data.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and a passion for turning data into actionable insights
Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to generate and clearly convey insights from raw data to internal stakeholders and customersYou`re an active listener who can break down complex ideas and tailor your message to a specific audience
Ability and willingness to prioritize and contribute to multiple projects
At least conversational familiarity with the salient aspects of both predictive and descriptive analytics - enough to communicate product offering effectively to stakeholdersPast experience working with data.
Interest in contributing to a growing team and product set in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
Comfort engaging with end-users, promoting unite us, and generating buy-in across multiple stakeholder groups
The ability to thrive in a variable and demanding startup environment - you are solutions oriented and highly adaptable
A passion for healthcare or human services
Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn software technologies such as google suite, zoom, hubspot, asana, etc.
Environmental job requirements and working conditions:
This position is remote, u.sBasedThis position may require up to 10% travel
Target range: 90,000 - 110,000 this salary range represents our national target range for this roleSome geographic areas may have higher target ranges, including certain localities in colorado.
