As a senior product designer, you will be working closely with clients, developers, and project managers to create beautiful and valuable digital experiencesYou will be leading projects from kickoff to launch, defining the problem, conducting research, exploring design solutions, and validating those decisions with users and stakeholdersYou`ll provide value by producing thoughtful work, soliciting frequent feedback, and collaborating well with othersThis is a senior-level position where you are expected to lead the design effort by being a proactive participant, defining the direction and workflow of tasks in a team-augmented setting in many casesAll that said, we like to keep a pretty fun, laid-back atmosphere here at the `bellyWe are looking for someone who is not only an excellent designer but a good fit for our close-knit team.

What you`ll do
Design engaging experiences for apps and websites.
Prototype and validate your ideas through research.
Work within cross-functional teams to define the strategy for new and existing digital products.
Work directly with some of the most high-profile companies globally, frequently in team-augmented settings.
Communicate design solutions and iterate based on feedback.
Lead kickoffs, design sprints, and other project critical meetings.
You have
Contributed to multiple end-to-end shipped products.
5+ years of experience and a strong portfolio showcasing human-centered interaction design.
Background within the entire product design cycle, from concept and ideation to research and validation through wire-framing and iterative client review cycles.
A solid understanding of visual design fundamentals; typography, color, grid, space, and composition.
Proficiency with relevant design tools and applications.
Ability to prototype experiences using motion.
Deep experience presenting your work to key stakeholders.
An earnest desire to solve complex problems.
Clear and concise communication skills.
A self-motivated willingness to constantly learn and improve your craft.
A collaborative and humble nature.
The ability to change your working style between multiple types of contracts and clients (team-augmented, fixed deliverable, etc.).
