What you’ll do:
The channel partnerships manager wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel partnersThe channel partnership manager is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectivesThe channel manager represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused on a partner vertical market.
How you’ll make an impact:
Establishes productive relationships with key personnel and deliver comprehensive strategy and execution of new reseller partnerships
Collaborate with different teams to maintain and build a pipeline of relationships with potential partners, taking the responsibility for the relationship throughout all stages.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
Track, report and enhance the performance of partnerships, by identifying issues as they arise, and provide executable solutions.
Evaluate the financial and non-financial benefits/risk of new partnerships
You will produce monthly reporting of sales/forecast information
Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
Evaluates effectiveness of partner programs and improves upon them
Achieves assigned sales quota in designated partner accounts.
Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
Completes partner account plans that meet company standards.
Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities
What you’ll have:
Minimum bs/ba in sales, marketing, or equivalent work experience
Proven track record of closing enterprise level deals and managing high level relationships with directors through c-suite clients
Successful sales experience within transportation, logistics, or telematicsSaas or paas experience highly preferred.
Strong phone presence and professional in-person sales demeanor
Able to grasp technical and sales related concepts quickly and use to create sales collateral, tools, and resources for our partners
Ability to measure, clarify, and validate partner/reseller needs for product knowledge and training on an ongoing basis either face to face or virtually.
Track record of negotiating and manage pricing, terms, and support needs for deals more than $100,000
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to manage client expectations.
Self-starter/ entrepreneurial spirit; proactive, organized, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges with minimal supervision
Customer focused by maintaining the highest quality, reliability and trust in all interactions and work products.
The position will require travel of up 25% of the time.
