Upmc health plan is seeking a senior sales analyst to join the workpartners sales & marketing team!
The senior sales analyst will engage with a broad cross-functional team including sales, marketing, finance, operations, business & product development and itWe are growing fast and are tightening up the end-to-end sales and marketing life cycle experience by transforming the approach, tools and reporting to support itThis role is a critical part of the development and execution for future roadmaps for sales, marketing and business development to deliver on strategic objectivesThis position will be responsible for all crm database (salesforce) maintenance and integrity, updating and reporting and providing overall visionary architecture to maximize utilization throughout the organizationCandidate will be able to provide thought leadership in team environment, demonstrating strong overall business acumen.
Responsibilities:
Creates triggers based on customer data in crm to generate opportunities for sales
Regularly update the information working with the sales, account management and marketing teams, actively evaluating gaps in information and working to close them
The role will work collaboratively with other team members to prioritize needs
Analyzes market trends and conditions, and generates analysis and reports on customer and market trends (demographics, purchase patterns, changing product etc.)
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
Ensure relevant reporting of key sales and marketing metrics on regular basis, such as marketing and sales campaign effectiveness and prospect engagement, pipeline activity, lead development and sales team activities to drive lead conversion, win/loss ratios, days in pipeline and all rfp activity
Provide analyses and advanced consumer insights using a range of syndicated and non-syndicated data sources
Developing the strategy, architecture and overall vision to maximize utilization of crm tool throughout the workpartners organization
Responsible for providing analytical support, trend research, market trend analysis, dashboarding, consumer insights
Coordinates the involvement of resources including support, service, finance, and leadership in order to meet account performance objectives and customers? expectations
Provides analytic support to evaluate business and product development opportunities
Collect and organize disparate pieces of information into a clear and concise business case and present internally
Monitors, analyzes, and reports on campaign performance to maximize roi and sales
This position will develop, in conjunction with the marketing and sales department, multi-channel, personalized nurture programs that incorporate lead scoring, behavioral data, and engagement activity to engage clients, prospects and leads to drive revenue
Develops and collaborates with sales/marketing to manage outbound communication campaigns, including, segmentation and campaign list management in collaboration with marketing
Access relevant information, interpret results and draw conclusions to support the business case for each project
This role would be expected to enhance and maximize utilization of salesforce throughout the workpartners organizationPerform as lead crm sales administrator for workpartners using salesforce ? functions would include maintaining data integrity, optimizing completeness of information, conducting updates of information, executive reporting and conducting periodic organizational training on using salesforce
The position will also be responsible for customer data collection, integrity, and reporting in order to drive strategic sales/marketing campaigns that grow sales with select segments of the customer bas
This is a work-from-home position.
Qualifications
Bachelor`s degree in related field (business, marketing)
5 years of experience preferably, strong consideration to experience in insurance environment
Advanced excel skills (pivot tables, advanced functions)
Salesforce knowledge and experience required
Strong business acumen, problem solving, strategic, and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to deliver insights from data
Detail oriented with data management / reporting experience
Strong and effective communication skills, both verbal and written plus strong presentation skills
Self-starter with strong work ethic; inquisitive disposition, can-do attitude and the ability to independently set priorities and multi-task within team environment
