The wholesaler maintains and grows solution center programs to meet and/or exceed assigned goalsThe wholesaler generates sales revenue to obtain sales quota for our annuities divisionPosition will be work from home remote.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this jobOther duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned belowSpecific activities may change from time to time.
1Prospect and profile producers for new and existing insurance sales opportunities
2Works at improving both product and professional skills by participating and facilitating in training sessions within crump and through solution center efforts
3Proactive calling to all assigned producers to build business
4Overall relationship management with producers in assigned territory, ownership of revenue and service of designated accounts
5Increase strength in relationships with current crump sales hierarchy
6Utilize and understand internal resources to capitalize on team results
7Develop and maintain business plan
8Work with sales and operations management to maintain and improve a specific set of processes for managing priority business
9Execute and drive an effective lead generation and referral program
10Set proper expectations with producers
11Achieve activity bench marks for new applications
12Create marketing plans and support marketing distribution
13Create and manage specific marketing programs for solution centers
14Follow-up on new producer program, prospective business
15Increase ability to cross-sell multiple insurance product lines
16Maintains accurate records of all activities (calls, presentations, sales, etc.) within their assigned producer group, including the use of insuresocket database to maintain accurate records to maximize marketing and territory potential
17Attends and participates in sales meetings and training
18Effectively determine process management of producer requests by utilizing effective time management skills
19Manage database efficiently
20Accept inbound sales opportunities

16Experience in the insurance product industry with proven proficiency in product and industry knowledge preferredExperience in a sales role.
17Insurance licensed for life and/or health preferred
18Involvement in a program for professional designation preferred, but not required (flmi, clu, chfc, cfp, csa) with plans for completion
19Four year college degree in business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
