Trilogy federal is looking for a change management specialist to join our growing company and support our federal clientOur ideal candidate will contribute effectively towards our team goals in a cross-functional role and ensure exceptional customer experience for our client and their employees.
Primary responsibilities:
Experience leading change management, communications, and training efforts related to a major enterprise modernization effort.
Experience with developing and leading a team to develop change management plan, communications plan, training plan.
Experience with building out a project schedule related to change management, document management, communication, and training activities.
Experience with developing and managing change management/communications artifacts (eblasts, brochures, posters, video scripts, etc.) development and related activities.
Experience with developing training materials and delivering training to a diverse user community in a virtual environment.
Experience with leading the efforts to develop, document and drive the activities around creating and managing the standard operation procedures (sops) associated with our client operations.
Apply change management, communications, and training methodologies and principles to support a large and diverse user community.
Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer.
May provide daily supervision and direction to other communications, change management, and training resources.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
6 years of overall professional experience
The ability to obtain a public trust clearance
Experience and knowledge of change management, communications, and training principles, methodologies and tools
Effective project management skills, including a demonstrated ability to manage and track multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to interface well with end-users and client stakeholders across the organization
Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills, as well as the ability to quickly establish rapport with stakeholders and smes in order to provide high-quality of service.
Self-starter able to work independently and within a team
Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
