Treecard is building the world’s leading green finance brandWe’re powered by ecosia, the search engine that plants trees with 15m monthly active users.
Our first product is a free top-up debit card that puts 80% of profits directly towards responsible reforestation investmentsWe’ve signed up over 130,000 users to our waiting list in the first month since announcement (breaking all of revolut, monzo and curve's launch records)Our product sticks, with 40% of all sign ups being referred by a friend or familyWe’re planning to launch in summer 2021.
In the future we will be expanding to offer a suite of green services, from payments, to lending, to investments.
We're seeking a motivated and capable recruiter to join the treecard teamThis individual will be responsible for hiring top talent to a fast growing, well-funded, and purpose-driven fintech startupThey will also work closely with the founding team in helping with treecard's people operations, providing support with onboarding and other hr related tasks. What you'll do:
Sourcing, assessing, and attracting top talent for a wide range of roles, such as: Software engineering Financial operations Design Marketing
Guide and develop treecard's recruitment strategy and help create solutions to wider recruitment challenges Helping to manage employee onboarding, welcoming them to the team, ensuring that necessary documentation and processes are completed, and helping them get set up. Support with other hr functions, including drafting company handbook and setting up hr processes.

What you need:
Strong evidence of success and a proven track record as an in house recruiter / talent acquisition partner A working knowledge of us fintech recruitment is preferred Knowledge of recruitment best practice and methodologies Applicant tracking systems or crm's Job boards Cv searching Applicant screening
Experience of providing resourcing advice to senior stakeholders Experience of understanding recruitment data & metrics
