Provide operations and sales enablement functions on a nimble team with global reachRole will create and execute operations and business processes to support growth and development of transunion’s global fraud solutions (gfs) global partner ecosystem.
Serve as the “first touch” with transunion and the global partner team, orchestrating and managing the global partner teams’ component of transunion’s partner portal and collaborating with other transunion partner teams to provide the best experience to partner onboardingWhat you`ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree with preference for business, marketing, finance; or experience equivalent
Basic understanding of one- and two-tier sales model and channel or partner management.
Experience working in a matrixed product environment.
Experience building and executing business and operational processes.
Experience building channel account/business plans.
Background in a company providing technology/software sales
Strong salesforce acumen
We`d love to see:
Experience with information or data company partner programs
Knowledge of sales principles, strategies and tactics
Understanding of contracts and agreements sufficient to validate applicability
Manage global partner team’s area of responsibility within the transunion partner portal in concert with marketing team, assign deal registrations and assist with ongoing partner and deal monitoring, and related user authentication issues
Represent transunion’s current and potential value adds to our partners in a contemplative and professional manner resulting in greater revenues and more strategic relationships
Assist in enabling partner resources to represent our products and services
Establish, develop and maintain strong professional sales relationships within the transunion matrix, the gfs global partner team, and channel partners; from tactical to strategic contacts
Identity or fraud risk management background / experience
Impact you`ll make:
Support and leverage other channel efforts; marketing, product launches and product promotions as well as certifications and specializations
Keep current with our product release information including general announcements, sales materials, product roadmap, features, applications, competition and assist sales in dissemination to partners as appropriate
Organize and assist in ongoing channel partner sales & technical enablement training classes
Coordinate co-selling activity and reporting
Coordinate the on-boarding process of new partners, monitor and communicate metrics and milestones associated with our partners; maintain salesforce crm forecast and pipeline metrics
Perform business metrics reviews and analysis of each channel partner’s performance on a quarterly/semi-annual or annual basis, or as agreed
Assist sales in targeting and prospecting new strategic partners
Aid in developing monthly and quarterly strategic initiatives that will result in increasing the channel partner monthly bookings
Travel when necessary to partner’s offices and events to represent transunion, and/or present our solutions to both partners and end customers of partners
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
