The business development executive will work with tranquil multi dynamic advisoryWe are currently seeking a remote business development executive to join our team internally for staffing account management.
Must have existing relations in the business development to bring new business (msas and staffing agreements)
Entrepreneurial attitude and demeanor
Utilize professional network and confidence of utilizing linkedin relationships to acquire new staffing agreements with direct clients.
Strong relationships building skills.
Responsible for prospecting new business to expand customer base
Responsible for leveraging old business relationships to expand on assigned staffing positions
Setup meetings and drive customer acquisition through attending meetings and warm/cold calling
Increase average meetings attended, favorable contract terms and average closed deals per week
Learn and utilize sales tracking systems to forecast and manage sales opportunities within bullhorn
Minimum 5 to 7 years previous work experience within the roles of, or related fields of; account management, business development, inside/outside sales, client success management, etc.
3 or more years in sales preffered
Must have active book of business using contingent or direct placement business
Demonstrate belief in and practice of company core values.
Proven ability to cultivate relationships, manage expectations and deadlines with clients.
Strong level of written and verbal communication skills in the form of phone calls, emails, etc.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to think out of the box and implement ideas
Must have computer and reliable wi-fiPhone service is provided or stipend option can be selected
Must be legally authorized to work in the united states without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Bachelor`s degree in a related field or a combination of training, certifications, and experience preffered
