All sales specialists will operate as the lead point of contact for any and all customer mattersThey will maintain a solid presence on the phone to ensure all customer calls are handled appropriatelySales specialists are responsible for promoting and selling products and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our products to meet the customer’s needs and objectives.

Answer telephone calls and assist customers.
Handle quotes, orders, returns and other inquiries.
Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.
Direct sales leads to appropriate member of sales team.
Develop an understanding of the market and continually improve product knowledge.
Answer questions about product, warranties and provide technical support.
Assume fax/email hours daily.
Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
Promote and sell products and services.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Correspond with our vendors as needed.
Backup for ecommerce team as needed.
Requirements: job requirements
A minimum of 2 years work experience in sales environment or a bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Ability to multi task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Must adhere to all safety and housekeeping policies and guidelines.
Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times.
Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Door hardware knowledge a plus.
Highly proficient computer skills including outlook, ms word, excel.
High school diploma or ged equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
