Working with stakeholders to gather business requirements, needs and formulating solution design
Discussing requirements and facilitating process re-design
Software design & development
Itsm development and integration
Code management practices
Agile development practices and methodology
Web development including html, css, xml
Scripting languages such as javascript, powershell
Web service protocols such as rest
Servicenow core architecture
Building custom service catalog items, workflows, and orchestration
Qualifications:
Experienced servicenow full-stack professional developer with a strong emphasis in the service catalog module to lead the development efforts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with stakeholders to gather business requirements, needs and formulating solution design
Experienced software design & development
Ability to use itsm development and integration
Experienced with code management practices
Agile development practices and methodology
Experienced web development including html, css, xml
Used scripting languages such as javascript, powershell
Used web service protocols such as rest
Experienced servicenow core architecture
Ability to build custom service catalog items, workflows, and orchestration
Design custom workflow design and implementation
Experienced glidescripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps
Ability to mentor junior developers
Education:
Bachelor`s degree in engineering, computer science, systems, business, or related scientific /technical discipline and 8+ years’ work experience.
Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education: (16 years total)
Clearance:
Moderate: tier 2s (standard mbi)
Location:
100% remote, usa
Monday – friday (8:00 am – 4:30 pm cst time)
