Digital designer (digital media)- full time – ux/ui (remote)
We are looking for an experienced digital designer well versed in ux/ui design and influencing strategic vision of design of brand and campaign design who has experience working with clients and brand teamsThis role is strategic and tactical, with the opportunity to impact some of the coolest brands across media, entertainment, retail, travel, and e-commerce, to name a few.
You will work with a talented digital design team, impressive clients, and vendor partners to conceptualize, design and develop responsive digital assets, with placements ranging from display ads and socially shareable graphics, to engaging emails and compelling web sitesCreative deliverables may also include landing pages, facebook ad units, video, iab animated banner ads, native advertising placements, landing pages, email layouts and mobile ad units.
The most important thing is your design and digital artistic craft, your ability to be strategic, and you great people skills to enable successful outputs and collaborative relationships with both internal teams and client teamsYou also are very good at accepting feedback and changing gears depending on client needs.

Seasoned in art direction and creative design (preferably some experience with branding)
Experience working with clients on ux/ui driven digital design, art direction, and creative strategy in the digital marketing and branding space.
Design experience for a variety of web-related projects: microsites, landing pages, motion graphics, infographics, animated gifs, data-visualizations, emails, display ads, etc.
A solid understanding of designing websites, landing pages, social ads, display ads, and email templates with a strong focus on ux.
Strong understanding and experience in adobe creative cloud suite (photoshop, illustrator, indesign)
You have worked on websites, landing pages, email templates, and have a strong passion for social media advertising and branding.
Conduct creative audits and provide unique insights and best practices for ux/ui including content, copy, design, layouts and optimization
Define ideas and specifications for branding and social campaigns, including messaging, imagery, and a/b testing for clients
Develop content and design specifications for comprehensive email template systems and preference centers for clients
Lead strategy, design, and development for different digital media campaigns across the marketing landscape.
Ideate concepts, imagery, and messaging to be used as omnichannel desktop and mobile display advertising for clients
Can influence design direction
Solid expertise in powerpoint and all ms office products
Knowledge of wordpress and any coding experience (html, css) is a plus!
Must be open to learning new technologies
Likes to multi-task and do many things and work with diverse groups and brands
Strong communication skills and loves to collaborate
A strong understanding of design best practices for digital media assets with a heavy focus on modern best practices for ux/ui and design thinking.
