The right start staffing agency is seeking a talented, senior recruiter and business partner to join our team for a 6 month contract assignment.
As a senior recruiter- business partner, you will identify exceptional candidates for caregiver, nursing, teacher, and administrative roles based on the needs of the organizationOur ideal candidate will have experience working as a trusted business advisor and consultative recruiting subject matter expert to senior leadership within a multi-unit businessThe position requires the ability to actively source and develop candidates nationally across a diverse set of functional disciplines.
§ manages the full-cycle recruiting for a variety roles within the childcare and nursing industry in a virtual, multi-state environment.
§ consults with ceo and team on compensation and staffing strategies, candidate experience, and interview process.
§ identifies and leads opportunities for stake holder management as it relates to complex search strategies and interview processes.
§ consults with ceo and hr leaders on current and future talent needs, workforce planning and the future state of the organizationUnderstands strategic business objectives and organizational design to develop strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.
§ applies an in-depth understanding of the business environment, specific childcare and nursing strategies, organizational structures and compensation practices.
§ proactively educates ceo and hr leaders on local and national employment and labor market trends, as it relates to available talent pools.
§ proactively identifies and implements effective sourcing and recruiting strategiesContinuously builds and sustains a high-quality diverse pipeline of candidates for future opportunities.
§ conducts post interview debrief meetings to select finalistsNegotiates complex offers with candidates to include incentive plans, and hiring bonuses.
§ engages in timely and appropriate communications with ceo, hr leaders, staffing specialist, candidates, peer recruiters, vendors and other stakeholders to create a highly positive experience.
§ consults, educates, and trains client groups on recruiting strategies, systems, and toolsConsults, educates, and trains new hires.
§ identifies opportunities to improve talent acquisition processes, technology and strategy with the childcare and nursing industry.
§ three plus years of experience in hr and recruiting, managing both high volume and executive level searches, preferably in highly in childcare and nursing industry.
§ bachelor’s degree preferred.
§ strong candidate assessment skills with experience conducting phone screenings, zoom interviews, and interpreting candidate assessments for hiring managers and ceo.
§ experience supporting, guiding, and influencing seasoned hiring managers and ceo through complex searches
§ ability to influence, consult, sell and negotiate complex offers with features including commission structures, short- and long-term benefits, and travel incentives.
§ ability to generate top-tier passive candidates and implement effective recruiting strategies
§ ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines; strong analytical and organizational skills
§ strong understanding of compensation, national employment trends, and candidate engagement strategies
§ ability to interpret and use financial and quantitative data to support business decisions
§ ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
