Closely manages automated product implementations and ensures satisfaction and customer valueEmploys a consultative, customer-centric approach to the identification and implementation of solutions that meet the customer’s needsDesigns, develops, implements and/or maintains programs and/or systems that can have functional impactResponsible for interpreting policy, evaluating existing methods/processes as required and developing new procedures/plans that are most cost effectiveTravel anticipated at ~10% (could include international).
Coordinates and manages small/moderately complex programs and projects.
Provides leadership to project team and monitors the cost, schedule and technical performance of component projects and operations.
Manages all aspects and details of implementation with internal or third party groups.
Exchanges information and resolves issues with senior level staff inside and outside the company over a variety of program/project related issues.
Establishes a trusted, strategic advisor relationship with customers both at dealer and end-user levels and drives continued value of our products and services.
Defines and document best practices for associated activities, and work to continuously improve them.
Analyzes current practices/procedures and makes recommendations/decisions for change.
Reviews highly complex reports and/or data and provides analyses, summaries and resulting action plans.
Leads regular status meetings with the customer to review open initiatives and address any challenges impeding successful use of automated technology.
Maintains records with appropriate supporting materialUpdates records as necessary.
Travels to customer sites as needed to study and gather information critical to the overall system
Evaluation, originality and ingenuity are expected.
Provides technical and administrative guidance and direction for individuals and projects within the group.
Monitors and ensures adherence to department and company processes.
Conducts presentations to management.
Broad knowledge of program management procedures and tools.
Competency utilizing program management software.
Excellent computer skills are required.
Requires general business knowledge as would typically be acquired in a bachelor’s degreeFive (5) or more years of experience in specialized field is requiredProject management experience is also required.
