Seeking a part-time employee to call leads and set appointmentsThis part-time position has flexible hours and can be 100% work from home or in office depending on applicant preference.

Outbound sales agent is self motivated, and goal oriented, with a exceptional communication skills.
Job responsibilities:
Independently call real estate leads with the systems and tools provided with the expectation of scheduling appointments for the team
Persistently follow up with all leads until an appointment is set
Promptly return calls, texts, and emails
Maintain rigorous prospecting for new business opportunities
Compensation and hours: 15 hours per week, flexible hoursAnnual compensation approx$37,440 between hourly pay and bonus pay
