We’re seeking a senior technical recruiter to help us fulfill our clients’ executive hiring needsYou'll be recruiting mostly scientists, engineers, and web developers for innovative, mission-driven technology companies that are changing the worldYou’ll be supported by an excellent, enthusiastic administrative assistant and a team of highly intelligent, well-trained remote researchers to find and contact qualified target candidates.
Manage recruitment projects in tech industries, including managing a remote research team Participate in business development and work closely with the ceo to expand the recruitment efforts of the company Interview and qualify engineers, scientists and potentially executive level technical candidates Write candidate submission reports for clients
0-5+ years of experience in technical recruiting in the sectors we cover (energy, materials, biotech, agtech, iot, sustainability). Any experience in business development/ new client development is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in addition to strong presentation and listening skills Able to stay organized while managing a high-volume requisition load Client focus along with relationship building skills Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills Have access to a quiet environment for regular video conference calls and interviews Excited about joining and helping to grow a small recruiting firm into a durable enterprise
